Each wire is manufacture using 99.97 percent pure, electrolytic grade, bright annealed bare copper with more than 100 Percent conductivity for conductor. This copper is manufacture at the company state-of-the-art plant in Goa. The wires are insulated with FR (Flame Retardant) PVC compound, specially formulated and manufacture in-house. A special grade PVC resin manufacture by the group company, Finolex Industries Limited, is used to manufacture this compound. This PVC compound has FR properties of high oxygen and temperature index. These properties help in restricting the spread of fire even at very high temperatures. This special compound also offers high insulation resistance and dielectric strength. These ISI marked wires meet the requirements of IS 694 : 2010 with latest amendments with improved fire performance for category C-1
